Great vitality among regional collectives inside french pavilion at Beautyworld Middle East 2015

101 French businesses will exhibit at the Pavilion organised by BUSINESS FRANCE at the BEAUTYWORLD MIDDLE EAST tradeshow from May 26th to 28th, 2015. This year brings 3 regional collectives who stand out thanks to the dynamism and maturity they demonstrate in terms of exports: those passionate defenders of products Made in France are there to ensure that quality and innovation springs from creators across the entire country.

While the Saudi market is currently one of the Middle East’s largest cosmetics markets, this renewed vitality is affecting all countries in the area. The use of skincare products and sales are on the rise; there is a significant enhancement going on, which is an ideal situation for French companies, who are regular exhibitors at Beautyworld. In a nod to the upcoming opening of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Pavilion will feature a décor underlining the privileged cultural and economic relations between both nations, not to mention the concept of interculturalism between the West, the Middle East and Asia.
The Brittany Collective draws the power of its unique expertise from the sourcing and processing of natural raw materials from the sea. The R&D laboratories and production units simply excel in their formulations for makeup, solar protection and body care. Some of the cosmetics designers and subcontractors are specialised in processing powders using micronisation, in the manufacture of peel-off masks and in innovative ingredients like natural pigments, as well as in finished products made from seaweed, intended for spas.
The Corsican delegation too relies on its natural assets. The local fauna and plant life provide remarkable active principles to develop lines of high-quality care products. Immortelle de Corse, plants and citrus picked in the scrubland… they all possess outstanding properties. On the basis of ancestral formulations from the traditional Mediterranean pharmacopeia, the Island’s companies have developed primordial plant extracts and elixirs. Essential oils and plant oils, 100% pure and natural, royal jelly and honey as well as goat’s milk all play their part in skincare and beauty. Organic, natural ingredients are guaranteed to be free of artificial colouring, mineral oil, animal raw materials and pesticides.

The Cosmetic Valley companies also enjoy a natural setting in keeping with the sector: natural cosmetics, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products made from grapevine, pure water from the Alps blended with plant oils and ingredients by master soap-making craftsmen. The tradeshow is also an opportunity to launch new, exceptional products: an anti-aging product whose effectiveness was proven scientifically ex vivo on human skin explants; the world’s first active molecule, stemming from magnolia, with beneficial effects on male skin. A wide diversity of innovations will be on display side by side: perfume, baby dermo-cosmetics, natural cosmetics with an Oriental touch, and custom packaging for cosmetics and perfume.

All those companies at hand in the French Pavilion represent a range of resources contributing to regional economic growth in an environmentally-responsible way. As major suppliers to the cosmetics industry and to the leading beauty brands worldwide, the cutting-edge cosmetics and high-tech care sectors provide a remarkable diversity of products that are increasingly innovative, ecological and organic.
