Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts invites hotel guests and local communities to join a series of light and enjoyable exercise opportunities during the holy month, as its popular ‘Move This Ramadan’ campaign returns for its third edition. First launched in 2017, the annual wellbeing initiative encourages people to stay active throughout this special time of year by coming together to walk, jog and stretch their way to a healthy Ramadan. 

 

This year, #MoveThisRamadan will be presenting a wider selection of group exercise options in more locations than ever before across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. From tranquil yoga sessions in the idyllic surroundings of The Pearl Spa’s indoor pool at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, to Pilates at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and power balancing at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, participating properties will host regular wellness activities that reflect the holy month’s spirit of togetherness.

 

Led by resident Four Seasons fitness experts, the #MoveThisRamadanfitness sessions are designed to encourage people to adopt regular exercise as a natural component of their daily Ramadan routine, and will be carefully tailored according to the climate of each destination and to create appropriate activity levels for those who are fasting. 

 

Now in its third year, the #MoveThisRamadan campaign is one of the countless wellness initiatives devised by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since the opening of its first hotel in 1961. Four Seasons pioneered the integration of fitness centres and spas into its properties, and was among the first hospitality companies to introduce a choice of healthy dishes on its menus, in line with its holistic approach to catering to the evolving preferences of guests.
