IIBA Endorsed Certified Business Analyst

This in-depth course is designed for business analysts seeking to elevate their professional skills according to the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) standards. Grounded in the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK®), which includes the core tenets of business analysis, this course aims to equip participants with a robust understanding of the industry's best practices. Participants will gain insights into a broad spectrum of business analysis practices, including business analysis planning and monitoring, elicitation and collaboration, requirements life cycle management, strategy analysis, and solution evaluation. Participants who fully attend this course and pass the final test on the last training day will receive Meirc’s Professional Certificate (MPC).
